At Charutty, we strive to deliver our natural wellness products to you safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship within India only. We are working to expand internationally soon.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

• Orders placed after 12 PM IST may be processed the next business day.

• During promotional periods or festivals, processing may take 2-3 business days.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

*Available only for select pin codes in major metro areas. You will see this option at checkout if available for your location.

4. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package weight

  • Shipping speed selected

• Free Standard Shipping on orders above ₹999

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking number

  • A link to track your package

• Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after dispatch

6. Delivery Details

• Our delivery partners will attempt delivery twice

• Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address during business hours

• If unavailable, a delivery slip will be left with instructions for rescheduling or pickup

7. Address Accuracy

• Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order

• We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses

• To modify an address, email us within 2 hours of order placement at shop@charutty.com

8. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions

• Transportation disruptions

• Customs clearance (not applicable for domestic)

• Festival seasons or holidays

• Remote locations

We will notify you promptly if significant delays occur.

9. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to:

• Incorrect address – Additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment

• Refusal to accept package – Return shipping + restocking fee (15%) will apply

• Unclaimed package – The order will be returned to us and refunded minus shipping charges

10. International Shipping

Currently unavailable. Subscribe to our newsletter for international shipping updates.

11. Rural & Remote Areas

Delivery to remote locations may take additional 3-5 business days. Some areas may have limited service – please check pincode availability at checkout.
